23 Therapies

23 Therapies is a long-standing beauty and wellness clinic in Pukekohe, Auckland, taken over by Jacques as a new business owner with a big vision. After purchasing the clinic, Jacques wanted to modernise the business while still respecting the reputation and loyalty the clinic had built within the community.

The Challenge

When Jacques took over the business, the digital backbone of the clinic was heavily outdated. The website hadn’t been touched since the Covid lockdown period (omg). The booking system was basically pen-and-paper dark ages, and the client database system was extremely difficult to manage. For a new clinic owner, this created unnecessary stress, inefficiency, and a system that simply wasn’t set up for growth.

The Solution

We started by creating a quick “look book” to map out a fresh brand direction. From there, we set up the clinic inside Timely with a full treatment and therapy booking structure, alongside a built-in digital gift voucher system that allowed easy online sales.

Next, we designed and built a brand-new website, hosted on our own servers. The website and Timely were both connected through to Mailchimp, allowing easy customer touchpoints and newsletter marketing that Jacques could actually manage with confidence.

The Results

23 Therapies moved from outdated, disconnected systems to a clean, modern and scalable setup. Bookings became easier for both staff and clients, admin was dramatically reduced, and the clinic was given strong foundations to grow. Jacques was able to move forward with clarity, supported by systems that matched the level of service he wanted the clinic to deliver.
