LOGO & BRAND DESIGN
Time to be recognised
Your brand is often the very first experience someone has with your business. At this stage, it needs to do more than just look nice. It should reflect the quality of your work, the experience you deliver, and the level your business is really operating at now.
Good brand design helps your business feel clear, recognisable and confident. It supports growth by helping you show up consistently and professionally everywhere your brand lives, and by attracting the right clients for where you’re heading next.

The Process
Stage 1. Discovery Call
Before anything else, we start with a simple chat. You and me, talking about your business, your goals, and what you want your brand to actually do for you. It’s casual, but it sets the tone for everything that comes next. You talk, I take notes, and together we get clear on what you’re hoping for.
This is also where we make sure we’re actually a good fit. If I feel that I’m not right for the results you’re looking for, I’ll always be honest about it, and can help point you in the right direction. Sometimes that looks like suggesting a different path as the next steps, or recommending someone else who might be better suited. The goal is to make sure you get the outcome you deserve.
Stage 2. Creative Direction
Once we’re clear on the goals, we move into shaping the creative direction. I curate visual inspiration, colour ideas, typography styles and overall mood options into a clear moodboard. This helps us both see the visual world your brand can live in before we start designing anything.
This step gets us onto the same page. You get to react to the visuals, share what does and doesn’t feel like you, and tell me which elements you are drawn to. The moodboard becomes our reference point throughout the rest of the project so every design choice feels intentional and connected to your brand personality.
By the end of this step, we know exactly where your brand is going creatively, and you feel excited about what is coming next.
Stage 3. Design & Build
This is the fun part! Based on the approved direction, I start designing your logos, colour palette, typography, brand elements and supporting visuals. Everything is designed with real world use in mind so your brand is not only beautiful, but easy to work with every day.
You receive a full presentation of your brand concept so you can see how all the pieces fit together. This includes examples of your brand in use, such as social media previews, packaging mock ups or website snippets, so you can get a proper sense of how your brand will show up in the real world.
This is the point for feedback and refinement. Anything that’s not quite right, we’ll tweak and adjust until the brand feels exactly like what you’re looking for.
Stage 4. Launch 🚀
Once your brand is approved, you receive all of your final files in the formats you need for print, digital and social use. You’ll also receive a brand guide that shows you how to use your new logos, colours and typography so you feel confident using your new branding.
Don’t worry, you’re not left on your own. If you want occasional design help in the future, you will always have me available as your business grows. I’m invested now too!
Need something else designed?
If you’d like a bit of extra support after your branding is done, I can help with that too. Things like treatment menus, social graphics, brochures, signs, email templates or anything else your business needs to look consistent and polished.
The VIP Day costs $800, and includes 6 hours just for you and your to-do list. If you’re not quite sure what you need yet, just ask.

Michelle did a very good job for Satini Cosmetic Clinic. When she started with us, she suggested to revamp our website, which drove a lot more traffic to it. As a result, our customer numbers increased quickly. She created beautiful Facebook Ads and posts that provided valuable information to our customers and drove traffic into our clinic. We highly recommend working with Maglev Studios if you want to grow your business. Thank you, Michelle

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between the Mini Brand Package and the Full Brand Package?
The Mini Brand Package is for businesses that need to look more pulled together, without going through a full brand strategy process. You’ll get the key pieces sorted, including a primary logo, secondary logo, profile icon, colours, fonts and simple guidelines. The Full Brand Package is more in-depth. It gives you a more complete visual identity, with creative direction, a fuller logo suite, brand elements, social profile images, detailed guidelines and clearer direction for how your brand should show up across your website, social media and marketing.
How do I know which brand package is right for me?
If you’re moving beyond DIY and need your business to look more professional quickly, the Mini Brand Package is likely the right fit. If your business is growing, your pricing has changed, or your current brand feels too small for where you’re heading, the Full Brand Package will give you stronger foundations. The simple version: Mini gives you the essentials. Full gives you the full visual system.
Do you offer logo-only design?
Not as a single logo file, no. The Mini Brand Package is the closest option, but it includes more than just one logo because one logo on its own usually isn’t enough. You need a few flexible pieces so your brand works properly across your website, social media, documents, signage and marketing. A logo is a good start. A small brand system is what makes it easier to use.
What files will I receive?
You’ll receive the final logo files you need for digital and print use, along with your colour palette, font details and brand guidelines. The exact file set depends on the package, but the goal is simple. You’ll have the pieces you need to use your new brand confidently, without digging through random files wondering what goes where.
Can you refresh my existing brand instead of starting from scratch?
Sometimes, yes. If your current brand still has good foundations, we may be able to refine it and make it feel more current. If it feels too disconnected from where your business is heading, I’ll be honest about that too. A refresh works best when there’s already something strong to build from.
How involved will I be in the brand design process?
You’ll be involved at the points where your input matters most. We start with discovery and creative direction, then move into the design stage once the overall direction is clear. You’ll have space to review, give feedback and refine the final outcome before everything is packaged up. The process is guided, so you’re not left trying to choose between a pile of disconnected options.
Can you help with extra designs after my brand is finished?
Yes. Once your brand is finished, you can book a VIP Design Day for extra design support. This can be used for treatment menus, social graphics, brochures, signs, email templates, website updates or other branded pieces your business needs. It’s a good way to keep everything consistent without having to piece it all together yourself later.
How quickly can my branding be ready?
The Mini Brand Package is designed to be ready in 1 week once I’ve receive all of your business information. The Full Brand Package is ready in 3 weeks because it includes a deeper creative process and more brand assets. Both options move quickly, but they still need good input from you at the start. The smoother the prep, the smoother the project.
