I don't do templates, sorry
This package is for established service businesses that might already have clients, reputation, and direction, but your website still feels a wee bit embarrassing. It’s like having a Gmail as your business email… no, you’re better than that.
I know a website in a week sounds fast, but this isn’t a template AI slopfest. Good website design starts with understanding your business reality, not dropping content into pre-made boxes. Every page structure comes from my 15 years experience selling online, knowing which layouts actually drive bookings, which content flows reduce friction, which navigation matches client decision patterns.
I don’t do this alone. This accelerated process works because you already know your business better than anyone. You know what converts your clients. You know what questions they always ask. You know your service rhythm. Together, we’ve got this.
The Process
Step 1. Introductions
Before anything else, we start with a simple chat. You and me, talking about your business, your goals, and what you want your website to actually do for you. It’s casual, but it sets the tone for everything that comes next. You talk, I take notes, and together we get clear on what you’re hoping for.

- What your business offers today
- Who your clients are (and who your competitors are)
- What’s working (and not working) with your current system
- What you want visitors to do when they land on your site
- How you want your brand to look, feel, and sound
- Where you want your business to be in the future
This is also where we make sure we’re actually a good fit. If I feel that I’m not right for the results you’re looking for, I’ll always be honest about it, and can help point you in the right direction. Sometimes that looks like suggesting a different path as the next steps, or recommending someone else who might be better suited. The goal is to make sure you get the outcome you deserve.
Step 2. Prep Work
Once we’re on the same page, we move into planning. Sorry, you do get homework! I’ll help you write your content in a simple, structured way. I hate staring at a blank page, so I get how this can feel, so my system includes a DIY Website Content Writing Guide to help guide you through writing the words for your website. This provides you with clear prompts that can help you find the right words in your own voice.
While you’re preparing your content, I’ll be organising everything behind the scenes to get read for kick-off. I’ll plan your page structure, map out your client journey, review your competitors, look at what your audience responds to, and prep the entire build with stratgey so it feels smooth and stress free.
Step 3. Design & Build
This is where your ideas start to come to life. Before building out the entire site, I create the full Homepage so you can see the style, colours, layout and overall feel before anything else is touched. It gives us both a chance to catch-up and make sure it feels right.
Once your Homepage is approved, the full build begins! I go a little bit quiet while I design and build each page out. Depending on your project, this might include custom pages, ecommerce, integrating booking systems, or email automations. At key points, I’ll check in with a review link, so you can have a good noisy and give feedback so everything feels aligned and genuinely yours.
Step 4. Launch 🚀
Woo! My favourite part. When everything is ready, it’s time to prepare your site for launch. I’ll sanity check every button, form and page so your website feels seamless from the moment it goes live. We’ll have our final development revision meeting together just to make sure that we’ve crossed everything off the list.
This is also when I’ll give you a walkthrough of your website with me so you know exactly how to update content or make simple changes on your own if you want to. Don’t worry, I won’t just dump you in it and ghost! I’ll always be available for ongoing support, and you’ll also get a “quick tips” document for your future reference.
Then… LAUNCH!
It’s time to post that new website social, send that “come check us out” email newsletter, and let all your clients know your new digital space is open for business. I’ll keep a good eye on things as well, and if there’s any small tweaks that come up in the following weeks, those can be sorted.
