Dermalyt LED Masks

Dermalyt is a brand new, advanced LED skincare device brand founded by Sangita from Skinworks Clinic in Mt Eden. With a strong background in skin health and clinic experience, Sangita created Dermalyt to give people access to professional-grade LED technology at home.

The Challenge

Launching a brand from scratch is exciting, but it comes with a huge list of moving parts. Sangita needed a professional online presence that could speak to both clinic stockists and direct-to-consumer customers, while still feeling trustworthy, modern and aligned with a premium skincare brand. 

The Solution

We built a full Shopify website from scratch, designed to support both B2B clinic stockists and B2C retail customers, using a customised theme. We created consistent visual assets through templated social media graphics, helping the brand show up cohesively from the very beginning.

We also implemented Google Shopping optimisation to give the products visibility early, and built automated customer journeys inside Mailchimp. These journeys were designed to check in with customers after purchase, support correct product usage, and gently encourage Google reviews, helping Dermalyt build trust and social proof from day one.

The Results

While Dermalyt is still in its early stages, the foundations are strong and strategically built for growth. The brand now has a professional, scalable online presence, systems that support both clinics and customers, and customer journeys that build trust beyond the sale. It’s incredibly exciting to watch this brand take shape, and we’re proud to be part of the journey as it grows within the New Zealand market.
