The Challenge
By the time we started working together, the clinic was busy and growing, but the systems behind it weren’t keeping up. Jemma was fully booked, handling product orders through emails and messages, and constantly switching between treatments and admin. Her website and online shop weren’t doing the work they should have been, which left her stuck managing things manually and losing valuable treatment time.
The Solution
We refreshed the website to make it clearer, faster and SEO-friendly, while keeping her calm, established brand feel. Her online store was connected to Google Shopping, and we introduced simple, targeted email campaigns that showed clients how easy it was to order products online. We also built a Treatment Membership programme and added automated email journeys to support and educate clients without extra admin.
The Results
Online product sales grew by over 700% and website visits increased by 185%. More clients began booking without friction, and the clinic finally felt supported by its systems rather than slowed down by them. This shift gave Jemma time back in her day and created space for her to bring in additional in-clinic support.
